| Return and Refunds Policy
Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
How to Return an Item
If you do not follow the procedure below, your return may be sent back:
IMPORTANT: email us first at sales@blackbox-e.com with:
1. Your name and order number.
2. Your e-mail address.
3. Details of product being returned.
4. Description of the fault or error.
Returning Faulty Products
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods either by phone or e-mail explaining the fault and quoting your order number.
Complete the returns form and post, e-mail or fax it to us.

Return the product to us using Royal Mail Registered Post. We will always Endeavor to replace the product. Refunds will only be given if a product is out of stock. Should you require a refund we will contact you. The cost of the product and postage will be refunded to you if the product has a manufacturing fault.
Exchanges
Please note this is only applicable to UK orders. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods either by phone or e-mail quoting your order number. Complete the online returns form and return to us.
Send the item using Royal Mail Registered Post. Returning items will be at your own expense. The cost of sending your exchange items will be paid by Blackbox Enterprises Ltd. Please note we will not accept items that have been worn, washed or used in any other way. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. We will only exchange the item for an alternative size or colour NOT an alternative product.
Canceling your Order
Once your order has been processed the money will be deducted from your account immediately.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your purchase please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will reimburse your account.
Refunds can take up to 24 working days.
