All goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (P&P costs are non refundable).

6. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to whipitoff.com within 3 days of the delivery date. All goods are supplied with a 90 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refunded once outside of our 14 day satisfaction guarantee).

8. Whipitoff.com cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect personal information, such as; customer’s address, and any other information supplied during the checkout process.

Orders received on Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm will be shipped within 2 days guaranteed. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped within 3 working days.
